Gate 29 is the gate of sacral commitment — the energy to say yes and follow through. It is famously the gate that says yes to too much, because the energy to commit is genuinely abundant.
When this gate is defined
You have committing energy. When you say yes, you can deliver. Pairs with Gate 46 in the G for the embodied direction that decides what's worth committing to.

Yes to everything. The classic 29 leak: committing on momentum, then drowning in the cumulative load.
Working with this gate
The yes must come from the sacral response, not from the desire to please or the momentum of the moment. The body knows; let it answer. Honoring the no is the practice that protects the yes.
