Why this exists
The web is for searching. The page is for studying.
Every lesson on PRISM is free, indexable, and lives forever on the open web. That’s on purpose. But there’s a different mode of working with this material — the kind that happens with a printed page open on a desk while you read someone’s chart, or annotate the margins with what you noticed in your own design over the last week.
The Source Codes Handbook is built for that mode. Every concept on PRISM, edited into a single coherent text. Cross-references that make sense on paper. A typography system tuned for long reading. Page numbers and a real index. Designed to be a desk reference, not a scroll companion.
One bound text. Every code in the system, in one place.
What’s inside
Seven parts. 50 chapters. ~150 pages.
The Handbook follows the same architecture as the PRISM curriculum — the seven tracks become the seven Parts of the book. Every chapter is rewritten and edited for print, with paper-native cross-references and worked examples.
Part 1
Foundations
What Human Design is and how to read a chart.
Start here. By the end of this track you can pick up any chart and read the structural essentials — type, authority, profile, defined and open centers, channels — without reaching for a glossary.
Part 2
Self mastery
Read your own chart in depth.
Move from understanding the framework to inhabiting it. Strategy and signature as a daily practice. Defined and open centers as your strengths and your laboratory. Profile, channels, gates, and incarnation cross — your chart end-to-end.
Part 3
Decisions
How clarity actually arrives in your design.
The single highest-leverage track. Each authority has a different mechanic and a different timescale. Most decision regret traces to using the wrong system for your design. Includes the interactive Decision Log — track decisions through your authority and watch the pattern emerge.
Part 4
Deconditioning
Recognize what isn't yours.
Open centers absorb conditioning. The Not-Self is the long-running pattern of operating from imported energy as if it were your own. Per-center protocols, the seven-year cycle, and the practical work of returning to your own design.
Part 5
Business & career
Operate as a CEO, COO, or founder.
Type at work. Authority in negotiations. Profile as career path. Defined and open centers as professional strengths and edges. Reading the team composite. Hiring through an HD lens — decision-support, never determinative.
Part 6
Relationships
Read the people you live with.
Composite charts. Partners, children, parents, siblings. Household as a single chart. Communication protocols by chart. The structural reasons specific friction is happening — and the next move that actually fits your design pairing.
Part 7
Advanced
The deep architecture of the chart.
Lines in detail (the 6 archetypes per gate). The planets and what they activate. Daily and seasonal transits. The 12 channels of love. The four Variables — PHS, Determination, Cognition, Environment, Perspective — and the four Arrows.
The specs
Built like an instrument.

Who it’s for
The serious student. The active practitioner.
- If you read your own chart often — this is the desk reference you reach for instead of opening seven browser tabs.
- If you read other people’s charts — clients, family, team — this is the consolidated reference next to your laptop during sessions.
- If you’re training a partner or colleague — one book to recommend instead of fifty links.
- If you teach Human Design — the handbook is structured so you can assign Part I as a foundation course and the rest as track-by-track depth.

FAQ
Honest answers.
When does it ship?
Late 2026. The manuscript is being edited now. Reserving costs nothing — you'll get one email when it's ready, with a link to buy at the founding-member price.
Is this just the web lessons reformatted?
No. The Handbook is rewritten for print — different voice, different structure, different examples. The web lessons stay free and indexable. The Handbook is the bound, edited, deskside companion.
What does “lifetime updates” mean?
When a new edition of the Handbook ships, every prior buyer gets the new PDF at no additional cost. Buy once. Read every revision.
Print or digital?
Digital edition first — a typeset, print-ready PDF you can read on any device, or have bound at a fine printer of your choosing. A hardcover edition follows, depending on demand from the waitlist.
Do I need PRISM to use the Handbook?
No. It’s standalone. PRISM is the engine; the Handbook is the text. Many people will buy the Handbook before signing up for PRISM at all.
What if I’m on the Practitioner tier?
Practitioner subscribers get the Handbook included. If you upgrade to Practitioner before the launch, your reservation converts automatically — no double-charge.
What about refunds?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. Reading is personal — if the Handbook is not for you, write us and we'll refund the purchase.
Why is it $49?
A standard practitioner consultation is $200–$2,000. A traditional Human Design book is $30–$50 and incomplete. The Handbook is the consolidated, edited reference at the price of a hardcover.
One book. Every code.
