The team operating system

Stop recruiting for what people lack.
Deploy what they already are.

PRISM reads every member of your team or family from four birth inputs and produces a structural map of how each person is built to operate, decide, and contribute — refreshed continuously as the group changes.

The problem

Most teams operate against their own design.

Your Generator is exhausted because she’s been initiating instead of responding. Your Manifestor keeps asking permission instead of informing. Your Projector burns out at thirty hours because nobody invited him into the room he was built to read.

The cost shows up everywhere. Quiet quitting. Wrong hires. Founders splitting. Spouses fighting about whose turn it is to decide. Children mislabeled as defective because they were parented for a design they don’t have.

None of it is character. It’s structural. The structure is readable. PRISM reads it.

How PRISM works

Four inputs. Six minutes. Light, refracted.

  1. 01Aperture

    Drop in birth data.

Name, date, place, and time of birth for every person you want to read. PRISM auto-resolves the city, country, and timezone — no IANA-name memorization, no friction wall.

  2. 02Refraction

    The wavelength resolves.

A complete Human Design chart computes in under two seconds — type, authority, profile, all nine energy centers, all 36 channels, all 64 gates across personality and design sides. Deterministic, accurate, instant.

  3. 03Calibration

    The spectrum reveals.

Layer individual wavelengths into a team or family composite. Read the structural patterns: who frames what, where decisions actually live, the centers held by everyone, the centers held by no one.

What you get

The artifact a $2,000 practitioner builds in six weeks. Built in six minutes.

Per-person

The wavelength.

Type, strategy, authority, profile, signature, shadow. All nine centers visualized in the canonical bodygraph and the PRISM spectrum. Every gate annotated with personality + design activations and the canonical reading.

Equivalent to a $200–$500 1-on-1 reading per person.

Per-team

The composite.

The structural overlay of every member of the group. Type composition, collective definition, the “9-of-9 team” insight when every center is held by someone, the structural-gaps insight when one is open across the whole team.

Equivalent to a $1,500–$3,000 team consultation.

Per-person

Position-fit recommendations.

Structured Give · Protect · Deploy for · Avoid · Watch for lists with cited sources. Every recommendation traces back to a structural element of the chart, with confidence score.

Equivalent to ongoing operational coaching.

Per-person

The Incarnation Cross.

The four-gate through-line of the life’s work, classified by angle (Right Angle, Left Angle, Juxtaposition) and matched against canonical named crosses where the chart matches one.

The page that costs the most to extract from the chart by hand.

Per-person

The PDF report.

An eight-page printable artifact with cover, foreword, profile, position-fit, cross, open centers, and full activations table. Branded to PRISM by default; white-labeled to your practice with the practitioner subscription.

The deliverable practitioners charge $300–$1,500 for.

Per-team

Continuous updates.

When a member joins or leaves, the spectrum recomputes. The recommendations adjust. No more six-week-stale documents. The artifact is alive.

The thing the static PDF practitioner deliverable cannot do.

The breadth

Built like an instrument, not a brochure.

Every number below maps to a route you can read right now without an account. PRISM is open about its surface area; if the artifact is the proof, the artifact has to be visible.

More substantive Human Design content than most paid HD apps, free and indexable. The chart engine is deterministic, versioned, and transparent — read the engine page to see what it does and what it doesn’t.

How PRISM compares

Not a personality test. Not astrology. Not a coach you can’t afford.

The method

Why we trust the framework. And how we stay honest about it.

Human Design originated with Ra Uru Hu in 1987. It synthesizes astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and the chakra system into a single coherent map of a person’s energetic blueprint.

We do not claim it is scientifically verified. We treat it the way its creator did: as an experiment. Live in alignment with what the chart reads for a season; measure the change in your work, your team, your household; keep what works.

What we do claim: the chart engine is mathematically precise, the interpretations are written from canonical sources without proprietary methodology overlay, the recommendations cite their structural source, and the privacy posture is industrial-grade. Birth data is encrypted at rest with tenant-scoped keys. PRISM never trains models on your data, never sells it, and lets you delete every record at any time.

Common questions

Honest answers.

What is PRISM?
A team and family operating system built on Human Design. From four birth inputs per person, PRISM computes a complete chart, layers individual charts into a team or family composite spectrum, and produces operating recommendations refreshed as the group changes.
Who is PRISM for?
Founding teams, leadership groups, HR-led organizations, and Human Design practitioners use the team track. Spouses, parents of young children, and multi-generation households use the family track. Same engine, different framing.
Is Human Design scientifically proven?
No. Human Design is an interpretive framework drawing on astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and the chakra system. We treat it as an experiment, not a verdict. Live by it for a season and measure the shift yourself.
Is my birth data safe?
Yes. Field-level encryption at rest with AES-256-GCM, tenant-scoped data encryption keys wrapped by a managed master key, full audit logging on PII access. We never train on your data, never sell it, and let you delete every record at any time. Privacy contract is published; we hold ourselves to it.
Can I use PRISM to make hiring or firing decisions?
No. PRISM is decision-support, never determinative. Hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation decisions remain entirely the operator’s responsibility. Recommendations are starting points for human judgment, never substitutes for it. This is non-negotiable and baked into our terms.
How accurate is the chart engine?
Better than one arcminute on Sun and Moon, a few arcminutes on outer planets — well within Human Design tolerance, where gate boundaries are 5.625 degrees wide and line boundaries are 0.94 degrees wide. The engine is deterministic: same inputs produce identical output, every time.
What does PRISM cost?
PRISM is free during the open beta — every plan costs nothing until paid plans launch. Founding-member pricing locks in below: Free forever for your own chart. Pro is $14/month for up to four charted people. Family is $29/month for up to six household members. Teams is $29 per seat per month, three-seat minimum. Practitioner is $99/month with white-label PDF reports, multi-client roster, and API access. Sign up now to lock in these rates for the life of your account.
What if my team doesn't believe in this?
Don’t make them. Use the framework yourself. Run your own decisions through your authority for a season. If your work changes — if the right hires get easier, if meetings stop ending without resolution, if your energy stops collapsing on Tuesday afternoons — bring it to the team after you’ve seen it work on yourself.
What about people who don't know their exact birth time?
Birth time accuracy matters; even a few minutes shift line boundaries. Best source is the birth certificate or hospital record. If neither is available, ask a parent. If still unknown, you can compute the chart with an approximate time and note that the line readings carry uncertainty — the type, authority, and most defined centers are still reliable.
How is PRISM different from competing Human Design tools?
Three differences. (1) The chart engine, content library, and report generator are unified — no piecing tools together. (2) The team composite isn’t bolted on; it’s the central artifact, with operating recommendations that update as the group changes. (3) The interpretive prose is written in PRISM voice — composed, specific, anchored in the chart structure — not stitched from generic source material.
