What does “free during open beta” actually mean?

Every plan above is free until paid plans launch. You can use any tier’s features at no cost during the beta. When pricing goes live, you keep the founding-member rate above for the life of your account.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. When paid plans launch you’ll be prorated; nothing changes during beta.

Is the chart engine the same on every tier?

Yes. The chart is the chart — same Swiss Ephemeris compute, same interpretive layer. Tiers add what you can do with multiple charts (compare, family, teams, clients), not what each chart contains.

What about my privacy?

Birth data is field-level encrypted at rest with tenant-scoped keys. PRISM never trains on your data and never sells it. You can delete every chart, audit log, and account record from /app/settings at any time.

Do you do refunds?

Full refund within 14 days, no questions, no “why are you leaving” survey. After that, cancel any time and you keep access through the end of your billing period.

Will PRISM tell me who to hire, who to fire, who to marry, or how to parent?

No. PRISM is decision-support. The chart is information; you are the decision-maker. Every recommendation surfaces its top contributing chart features and a confidence score so you can read the structure for yourself. We make no medical, therapeutic, or psychological diagnostic claims.

What’s the difference between Family and Teams?

Same engine, different framing. Family mode names the conditioning currents flowing between members of a household; Teams mode names role-fit, decision cadence, and operating principles for a team trying to ship work. You can run both from one account.

Is there a free trial of the paid tiers?

The whole product is free during the beta — that is the trial. Sign up, use whatever tier fits, lock in the price.
