Why we built it this way
The coaches are the audience. Pay them like it.
Most affiliate programs in the wellness space are built to extract: 5%, 10% one-time, stacked tiers, six-month cookies, “qualified” carve-outs. We have done the math from both sides. They don’t pay coaches enough to be worth their attention, and they don’t convert the way the brand thinks they will.
Our position: if a coach’s recommendation is what brings a client to PRISM, the coach has done the work the company would otherwise pay an acquisition team to do. Fifteen percent is not generous — it is honest, and it stays paid as long as the client stays subscribed.

Earnings figures are pre-tax estimates based on the modeled mix. Your actual earnings depend on your audience, the offers you point them to, and how long your referrals stay subscribed. There are no caps and no clawbacks.
For the established teacher
If you reach 10,000 students annually...
A coach running a certification program or active cohort series at the 10,000-students scale, at a 5% trial conversion and 60% paid activation, refers around 360 paying clients in their first year. That is roughly $14,000 in passive recurring income in Year 1 alone — scaling as your client base compounds. The work is mentioning something you would already mention if it were free; the only difference is that this one pays you.

The detail
How earnings are actually calculated.
The full mechanics, no marketing softening. Read this carefully before applying. If anything below is unclear, ask in your application and we’ll walk you through it.
Calculation basis
15% of the net subscription revenue PRISM actually collects. Tax (VAT, sales tax) is excluded; commission is paid on the post-tax remainder. If a referred client refunds within their first 30 days, no commission was earned for that period.
Attribution
A client's first interaction with your tracked promo code or unique referral URL locks attribution to you. Lifetime cookie — the coach who introduced the client wins, even if the client signs up weeks or months later.
Multi-coach attribution
If a client has interacted with more than one coach's link or code, last-touch wins. Whichever link or code was used most recently at the moment of subscription is credited.
Tier upgrades & downgrades
Your commission scales with the subscription. If a referred client upgrades from Personal ($19) to Family ($29) or to Practitioner ($99), your monthly commission scales with them. Downgrades scale down.
Resubscriptions
If a referred client cancels and later resubscribes, original attribution holds. You earn commission on the resubscription as if the gap never happened. Loyalty rewards loyalty.
Handbook commissions
The Source Codes Handbook ($49 one-time) pays 15% one-time per sale through your code or URL. Single transaction; not recurring. Same attribution rules apply.
Payout timing
Commission accrues through each calendar month. Payouts are processed by the 15th of the following month via Stripe Connect. The dashboard shows real-time accrual and historical payouts.
Minimum payout
$50 USD threshold. Balances under $50 roll to the next month and accrue. No expiry. No deduction. Once you cross the threshold, the full balance pays out.
Currency
Paid in USD by default. International Stripe Connect accounts receive payouts at Stripe's prevailing exchange rate at payout time. Conversion fees, where they apply, are absorbed by the partner.
Tax responsibility
You are responsible for your own taxes. We generate IRS Form 1099-NEC (US partners earning $600+ annually) or country-equivalent forms automatically. Consult your accountant for treatment in your jurisdiction.
No clawbacks beyond the 30-day refund window. Once a month is paid out and the 30-day window has passed, that commission is yours. We do not retroactively claw back earned commission for any reason short of fraud or a gross terms-of-service breach by the partner.
FAQ
Honest answers.
When does the program open?
The founding cohort is being onboarded now. Approved partners get their tracked code and dashboard within a week of approval. The full public program opens once Stripe Connect payouts are live across the platform — currently in development.
What does “recurring” actually mean?
You earn 15% of the subscription revenue every month a client you referred is actively paying. If they cancel, the commission stops. If they upgrade, your commission scales with them. There are no clawback windows and no caps.
What about the Source Codes Handbook?
The Handbook ($49 one-time) also pays a 15% commission on each sale through your code. One-time products pay one-time commissions; recurring subscriptions pay recurring commissions.
Do I need a minimum audience?
No hard minimum. We are looking for established practitioners more than follower counts. A 500-person cohort that buys what you recommend is worth more than a 50,000-follower account that doesn’t. Tell us about your practice in the application.
Can I gift PRISM to clients without a referral commission?
Absolutely. The program is opt-in for income; you can also use your tracked URL purely for gifting client subscriptions you pay for yourself, or for tracking white-labeled deliverables.
How are payouts handled?
Monthly via Stripe Connect, in your local currency where supported. The dashboard shows every active referral, your monthly accrual, and your historical payouts. Tax forms (1099 / equivalent) generated automatically at year end where applicable.
Is this just for HD coaches?
Primary audience is HD-certified or HD-integrating coaches. We will consider adjacent practitioners (executive, somatic, leadership) on a case-by-case basis. The program is application-only, not open enrollment.
What about exclusivity?
None required. You can run other affiliate programs alongside this one. We also do not require you to white-label or rebrand PRISM as your own — the platform stays itself; the partnership is simply a referral channel.
The non-negotiables
What we will not ask of partners.
- No medical or therapeutic claims. PRISM is decision-support, never determinative. Partners agree not to position the platform as health or therapy.
- No exclusivity demands. Run whatever other programs you want. Recommend whatever else serves your audience.
- No volume quotas. Refer one client a year or a thousand. Your commission rate stays the same. We are not building a network marketing structure.
- Your audience’s privacy is yours.We never share or sell partner-introduced lists. Your students remain your students; we just track the subscription source for commission purposes.
