Tips for a fast reply

  • · Tell us what you’re trying to do, not just what’s broken.
  • · If it’s a chart issue, send the chart ID (visible in your dashboard URL when looking at any chart).
  • · If it’s a billing question, mention the email associated with your account.
  • · Practitioner inquiries: tell us about your existing practice and how you currently deliver chart work.

Response time

Most messages get a same-day reply during weekdays. Practitioner applications and partnership inquiries take longer because we onboard in cohorts — expect 1–2 weeks. Privacy and security disclosures are prioritized regardless of channel.
