Acceptance

By creating an account or using PRISM, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What PRISM is

PRISM is a software platform that computes Human Design charts from birth data and produces interpretive reports based on those charts. The framework — Human Design — is an interpretive framework originating with Ra Uru Hu in 1987, drawing on astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and the chakra system. PRISM treats it as an interpretive framework, not as scientifically verified.

What PRISM is not

• PRISM does not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, or diagnostic advice.
• PRISM does not provide legal or financial advice.
• PRISM does not certify or accredit Human Design practitioners.
• PRISM’s output is decision-support, not determinative. Final decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, parenting, partnership, or any other consequential matter remain entirely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You may use PRISM to compute and read charts for yourself, for people who have given you informed consent, and for teams or households where you have appropriate authority to do so. You may not use PRISM to:

• Create charts for individuals without their consent.
• Make hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation decisions based on PRISM output as the sole basis (this would also likely violate non-discrimination law in most jurisdictions).
• Make medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic decisions based on PRISM output.
• Resell PRISM output as your own work without an active practitioner subscription.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the proprietary interpretation engine.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of all data you create on PRISM, including birth inputs and chart outputs for members you create. You grant PRISM a limited license to process this data for the purpose of operating the service — computing charts, generating reports, providing the dashboard. We do not train models on your data and do not sell it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth inputs you enter and for obtaining consent from any person whose chart you compute on the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Refund requests for material defects or PRISM-side service failures are reviewed individually; contact support@prismhd.co.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and apply to the next renewal.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; emergency maintenance may occur without notice. PRISM is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRISM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid PRISM in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Account closure deletes your data per our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
