Gate 55 is the gate of spirit and emotional abundance — the wave that spans high to low and contains both the despair and the rapture of being human. It is one of the most intense gates in the chart.

The shadow side
Treating the low end of the wave as a problem to be solved. Reaching for substances or stimulation to escape the trough. Manufacturing the high to avoid the low.
