When this gate is defined
You have natural authority over material domains — projects, companies, households. The willpower is internal; you don't need permission to take charge. Pairs with Gate 45 (the voice that articulates collective resources).

Controlling what is not yours to control. Or refusing to take charge of what clearly is yours. Misuse of authority in either direction.
