Essence
Gate 14 is the gate of empowerment through work — the sacral capacity to generate resources through doing what you love. It is the gate of money flowing as the byproduct of right action.
When this gate is defined
You generate resources through aligned work. The energy is genuinely abundant when applied to what is actually yours to do. Pairs with Gate 2 in the G for the direction that points the energy.
The shadow side
Working for money rather than from love of the work. The energy degrades when applied to misaligned tasks; the resources don't flow the same way.
Working with this gate
Do what you love, with the sacral response, and trust that 14 + 2 produces resources. Forcing work for resources is the leak; loving the work and letting resources arrive is the design.
